At day 21 I'm pleased that I have been able to keep up with the running pretty well. I admit it has been a challenge to fit them in but I'm always glad I did.

Today was a quick run in the neighborhood South of the Cathedral down College Street etc. It is fun to just kind of "run where the wind blows", I discover new little side streets and house that I'd never paid attention to before.

I've always noticed there is something about running in an area that gives me a much better picture of the actual layout of things. I might get lost in a car in a new area but after I run there a few times I'm really much more oriented. I guess it is some primordial instinct!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Got Exercise.
